The researchers examined 4,340 top-selling packaged foods and found that nine percent had trans-fats, <i>NBC News</i> reported.</p> <p>Of the foods found to have trans-fats, 84 percent said they had 0 grams of the artery-clogging substance, according to the study in the journal <i>Preventing Chronic Disease</i>.</p> <p>"This labeling is cause for concern because consumers, seeing the 0 g trans-fat on the Nutrition Facts label, are probably unaware that they are consuming trans-fat," wrote Jenifer Clapp, of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and colleagues, <i>NBC News</i> reported.</p> <p>-----</p> <p><span class="subhead"><b>Joan Rivers 'Resting Comfortably,' Daughter Says</b></span></p> <p>Joan Rivers' daughter says the 81-year-old comedian is resting comfortably in Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City after being rushed there Thursday.</p> <p>"I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming love and support for my mother," Melissa Rivers said in a statement released by the hosptial. "She is resting comfortably and is with our family.
